The Common Market for Eastern and Southern Africa (COMESA) intends to engage an audit firm to perform an expenditure verification and to report on the project Construction of the trade hub and private sector support project (THPSSP), financed by the European Union through the Regional Integration Support Mechanism (RISM).
The Auditor shall carry out the specific procedures listed in Annex 2A to the terms of reference (ToR) and shall submit to the Contracting Authority a final expenditure verification report with regard to the specific verification procedures performed.

- Eligibility of Consultants
This consultancy is open to all reputable audit firms based and registered in Eswatini which have sufficient experience in undertaking expenditure verifications with regard to the Financial Reporting for Grant Contracts.
