The Common Market for Eastern and Southern Africa (COMESA) intends to engage an audit firm to perform an expenditure verification and to report on the Regional Integration Capacity Building Project II (RICB II) Support to the Government of the Republic of Zambia (GRZ) financed by the European Union through the Regional Integration Support Mechanism (RISM).
The Auditor shall carry out the specific procedures listed in Annex 2A to the terms of reference (ToR) and shall submit to the Contracting Authority a final expenditure verification report with regard to the specific verification procedures performed.
3. Terms of Refence
The specific ToRs are provided in this Request for Proposals.
4. Eligibility of Consultants
This consultancy is open to all reputable audit firms based and registered in Zambia which have sufficient experience in undertaking expenditure verifications with regard to the Financial Reporting for Grant Contracts.
5. Commencement and Completion of Work
The assignment is expected to commence on or about 1st October 2020.
